The number of children catching measles is rising
The safest and most effective way to prevent measles is to ensure your child is fully vaccinated with MMR vaccine.
Your child should have two doses of MMR to maximise protection against measles.

Protect your daughter against Cervical Cancer
The HPV vaccination is available from September onwards to all year 8 girls and any girls in older years that have missed the immunisation programme.
Adolescent Booster & Catch Up Immunisations
The Adolescent booster is offered to all pupils within year 10. This is their 5th and final dose of combined: Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio. The immunisation service also offer any immunisations that have previously been missed as part of a catch up programme, including MenC and MMR this will offer long term protection against infectious diseases.
